Hi I’m Rita! I’m a 26 year old registered dietitian and grad student living in Oregon.
I’ve been a registered dietitian since 2014 and have spent the first few years of my career working as a clinical dietitian. Along with working at a hospital, I’m a graduate student working on my Masters in Public Health. I’ll finish my degree in 2017 and it can’t come soon enough! I’ve been lucky enough to work as a graduate assistant on campus at student health and get to work one on one with students doing nutrition counseling sessions. I’m doing a lot with life at this point, but I love it!
That being said, everything I post on this blog is my own experience with food/running/nutrition/dietetic internship. I am an RD, but everyone is an individual and the experiences that I share with the masses may not be appropriate for everyone. If you’re seeking more individualized nutrition therapy for your life, meeting with an RD to discuss your own personal health and goals would be an awesome idea 🙂
