Introducing myself to new vegetables…Cauliflower!!!

I bought some cauliflower at the local produce mart I go to because it was local and on sale.  I looked for some ideas on what to do with it and ended up kind of making up my own thing.  425 degree oven, 20 minutes, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Done. Simple as that. I ate it with some ketchup (because ketchup makes the world go round) and it was delicious.  Mind you, it was good without the ketchup too so I wasn’t just hiding the flavor even though I could have been haha.
